    So the question becomes would it take some of the weight away from this story if it turns out to be just another fake death in a mystery story?

    I’m pondering where to take this story, but I’m not entirely certain yet. Hoping someone else will pick it up.

    I actually had a lot more in there before he decided to move, but it was in the 650 or so characters that had to be cut.

    I’m loving the idea of Ficlets and letting others take your work and run with it. Interesting and dicey all at once. Especially for anal retentive, over protective creatives like myself.

    You hooked me. I love seeing something like that from the Dog’s perspective.

    You set up the perfect Ficlet. It’s engaging, and packs a lot of emotion into a very small space. Love it.
