    This is an awfully hard lesson to learn a very hard way. I didn’t learn this lesson until 2 years ago in college. It is better to learn earlier I suppose.
    It is very well written and very passionate.

    I am primarily a Bb clarinetist, but I do play bass and Eb, occasionally I sub on Contrabass when it is needed.
    Try switching scales each week—it would be a good way to learn all of your majors and minors. (geez, I am already a band director without the degree…)

    #4: For many years I didn’t get along with my mom. Probably from age 12-17. We were too much alike. But when I got into my senior year in high school, we began to see eye-to-eye and now we’re close friends. I trust her with everything.
    #5: It won’t matter what you do as long as you make a difference in a life of a child.
