Interesting and intense, in a very, very good way. The dialogue is fast… I don’t really know how to put it. But I think you’ve really captured the character of Captain Nepal incredibly well.
I like the different point of view in this. Your writing really conveys the sense of purpose this dog feels. Didn’t this actually happen? It’s really cool that you brought a new type of heroic perspective to the story.
I like it. It reminds me a lot of Marguerite Henry’s “King of the Wind,” but shorter… of course. I like the set up, and the way the bits about the horse lead into the voice of god part.
It’s funny! Well, thinking on it more, it’s more sad/funny than anything else. I really like it, it’s a very interesting perspective. It’s written very believably as well.
I really like this. It reminds me of that one song by Pink about “God is a DJ and life is a dance floor” that never really took off… but this is quite a bit simpler and the last few lines really pull it all together.
I’ll be a senior at my highschool in the fall. I’m a swimmer and a runner, and my favorite color is red. I live near Lake Michigan, and it’s one of my favorite places to be. I work at a library year-round, and I’m a lifeguard as well in the summer. I am very tall, and somewhat libertarian. I love my car, marching band kids, good clean fun, and keeping the local police force busy. words I live by:
If you can talk you can sing. If you can walk you can dance.
