Hey, guys, stop tagging entries to challenges with “newchallenge”. That’s only for, you know, new challenges. Please?

  • Challenge of a Challenge – THX gives us another twist on the challenge thing. This one goes deep, kids.
  • Cliché Land – Weave a cliché into your story. Should be more fun than a barrel of monkeys, right?
  • Choose Your Own Adventure – You know, like the books! A lot of rules in this one, but it would be a lot of fun to see stuff actually come out of this.

There you go. Oh, and while I was wandering around after dinner in downtown Mountain View the other night, I walked through a book store and found a whole book of six word memoirs!! It’s from the guys over at SMITH who got everyone writing six word life stories.

    The cliche challenge was a fun one to do, and I’m also pretty excited about the choose-your-own adventure one. It’s one of the more challenging out there, requiring three sequels with their own suggested branching points. Not for the faint of heart. Ya’ hear that, you pansies! I’m callin’ you out. Go on, do it. I dare you.
    How was that? Too over the top? Just trying to get people moving, ficleting and what not. That is all. Go on about your awesomeness.

    When I saw the thing you wrote on six word memoirs I said, hey they stole our idea! lol! which is probably not true, but it was my first reaction. I may do the cliche one, but as flute faerie7 said I have to think of the right one…hmm
