Lots of folks who are penning ficlets here at Ficlets also write to get paid (or want to), and one of the nice things about Teh IntarWeebs is that there are lots of job sites that offer gigs for freelance writers. Finding them all, can be a pain in the tuckus. I have my own secret list of sites, developed over the years; I could share it with you, but instead, I’m going to point you to this monster list of freelance jobs instead, because it’s better than my pathetic list, and aside from covering writing it also cover a whole bunch of other freelance opportunities, so those ficleteers who are Web designers and illustrators and photographers and such might find it useful too.
Don’t say I never did nothing for you. Just remember that if you get a gig from this, you owe me 10%. All right, 5%. Oh, okay, maybe a soft pretzel from a food court, should we ever meet. Fair enough?
