   You know what I hate? Those people who think they’re funny when they wave their hand in front of your face when you are in fact having a very nice dream by day. And then they tell you to stop daydreaming of all things. Psh.

   Everybody that knows me, or even knows of me, basically knows that I may not respond the first time they call my name, for I am constantly in a dream by day. You can really make me mad by waving your hand in front of my face, because these dreams could be very important. I swear at least half of them are the first portion of de-ja-vu’s.

   Next time I catch one of my students daydreaming – oops! – I meant “dreaming during the day,” of course, I think I’ll be a little more sympathetic, thanks to that quote. Great quote, as always!

    The hand-wavers are one thing, but when you’re walking down the hall and people sneak up on you and you scream, it is an entirely more aggravating matter. I’m constantly dreaming by day.

    Love that quote! I can agree with that for sure. After all, it’s been many a time when I’m deep within a highly detailed dream, when I hear “Tate! Your light’s still on!” Or when I’m caught staring out the window as I’m supposed to be doing laundry. And when my friends comment on the fact that somehow I get my homework done, even though whenever they look at me I am “dreaming by day.”

    oh now thats a great quote. and im always on the lookout for quotes, that is, when im not dreaming by day. I do a lot… especially during class wen the teacher happens to be saying something important. or in drama wen im on stage and miss my line since im dreaming by day. or doing homework. u kno, only wen im supposed to be paying attention. haha
    and i agree with saint chuck too, it’s kind of obvious that im dreaming, so why wave the hand? or call my name? its like waking someone up in the middle of the night for no good reason.
