It’s the aptly-titled Random Plot Generator, filled with advice for the hero, the bad guy and their sidekicks and back-ups. Nice when you hit a rut. The generator was created by Teresa Nielsen Hayden, who is one of the best-regarded editors in the science fiction and fantasy genres, so it has a bent in that direction, but I’m sure with a little shoving you can make the advice fit just about any genre.
