I know it’s been going on too long, but ratings have finally been fixed. The web service we use for ratings and tags changed some thing last week and it took me a while (too long, I admit) to figure out what changes I needed to make on our side to get everything back to working.
It should be OK now. If it’s not, post a comment and I’ll see what’s going on.

In other news, I’ve fixed the AIM Buddy Icon weirdness (I think). If you edit your profile and reset your AIM icon (then save your profile, of course), the URL should be fixed, and you shouldn’t have your icon sometimes show up, and sometimes not.
There’s no real excuse that I can come up with for the lack of attention I’ve given ficlets recently. I feel horrible about it, but between another project, travel for W3C stuff and family, something had to give, and unfortunately, I really like sleeping. I’ll try to do better, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you all sticking with me. I love ficlets, and I love the community that’s formed around telling these little stories. Hopefully, I’ll be able to spend more time fixing things, and adding new features, in the very near future.
