Kermitgorf, Kermit being the, 'it's not easy being green' star of Sesame Street, the Muppet Show and countless Muppet movies and singer of The Rainbow Connection. Also recently seen on America's Got Talent, (but not as much as our hopping friend). And frequent talk show guest. - gorf spelled backward -- frog. Origin of the name: when I was a little kid, an episode of Sesame Street, our favorite amphibian was in a skit were in the other muppet ( who I don't recall, not Bert or Ernie), kept getting Kermit The Frog's name wrong- called him Kermit the grof, Kermit the forg, and my personal favorite ... Kermit the gorf. So I shortened it to Kermitgorf. and thus I am known throughout the ficlet world. Kermit of course got increasingly agitated everytime his name was mispronounced.
