Sarah Goode was a good Christian woman of high moral fiber. She had six daughters and seven sons. She was beloved by her husband John Goode and by all in her community. Sarah Goode suffered from seizures, that until that early October morn, no one outside of her humble home was aware. That crisp autumn day she had the misfortune to have a seizure in the town square, witnessed by the townsfolk, and none other than the self proclaimed 'Witch Finder General', Jonah Prim.
