Comments on 'The Conversation'Jake talked to the pretty new girl at school. The conversation went something like this;
He saying, hi I'm Jake, her saying, hi I'm Terry, then him saying, I'm in your Biology class, followed by an eerie silence, then him saying something about liking her earrings and her responding, ah thanks my grandmother bought them for me, then Jake getting nervous, as he wanted to ask her to the prom, but he was afraid she would say no, or worse laugh at him, but he managed to get the words out and to his amazment she not only didn't laugh but said yes.
He said awesome, which he always did, she smiled, thinking, what have I just agreed to? He was thinking, awesome, as he always did when he was amazed.
