Comments on 'The Hospital'Jeremy opened up his eyes, and then squinted them. This was because he was in a white rooom with bright lights. "Grandson!" an elderly voice rang through the room.
Jeremy opened his eyes a little wider so he could see what was going on. The man stood at his bedside. "Haarau?" Jeremy managed to grunt.
"You still haven't built up all of your strength," he told him.
Then a nurse came in and set a tray down, full of food. Jeremy, ignoring that people were in the room, dived in. "When we got you, you were starving to death," a doctor walked in to check up on Jeremy. "If it weren't for that little blue jay, you would've been dead by now."
"And what a cute little sweater he had." said the nurse.
"Jay!" Jeremy managed to shape his lips to make the word. "Please find the blue jay!"
"Why?" the elderly man asked.
"My friend... Kept me happy..." Jeremy lost all of his energy and drifted to sleep in one second.
