  <title>Comments on 'Late'</title>
<subtitle>Melog was going to be late. _Not Today Of All Days!_ The message was very specific. *meet at baobab forest stop noon third full moon after lunar eclipse stop n* He checked his internal global positioning system and atomic clock and in a nanosecond calculated the speed he would have to run to get there on time. _399.2km, 3 hours makes 133.2km/h equals exactly 37 m/s_ He had to get his rear into gear now! Taking huge strides, he quickly accelerated to just slightly under 37 m/s. _Don't Want To Be Too Early. That'll Give Her Something To Fume About!_

A stone-giant at full speed is a sight to behold. The dust cloud in his wake was enormous and the wind was violent. The nomadic Bedouins had a word for it: *haboob* they would shout, gather animals and children and huddle in their tents.

_Why Can't She Use Her Potent Magic To Deliver Messages? Did She Always Have To Be So Bloody Impatient? And How The Hell Did She Find Out I Have A Wireless Internet Connection?_ Melog thought as he raced towards the meeting point.</subtitle>
