I smiled to myself as I headed down the familiar hallways, looking forward to the classrooms where I had oceans of knowledge just waiting for me to dive into.
My alter ego chose that moment to kick in.

I considered seeing a therapist; surely hearing annoying alter ego voices in your head couldn't be healthy. I scowled to myself, musing at my now ruined Monday morning rush.
