  <title>Comments on 'Nora'</title>
<subtitle>Nora was, in a word, _odd_. In fact, Nora actually would love to be called &amp;quot;odd&amp;quot;, because &amp;quot;odd&amp;quot; is a three-letter word and Nora loves the number three.

For one, it's an odd number. Odd numbers were good. Even numbers were just that: too even, too perfect. Nora didn't like perfect, didn't like it one bit. Perfect meant no fun, at least to Nora.

Then again, Nora's idea of fun was a night alone with some ramen and her own personal horror/thriller marathon. Not that there was anything wrong with this, of course. However, I don't think you're ever likely to meet a person who prefers characters like Dexter Morgan and Freddy Krueger to real people. Unless you happen to meet Nora.
