Comments on 'The Omen: Ficlets Style (Wonderful World of Ficlets Challenge)'

I was introduced to Ficlets by my Mom, who just happens to be a fellow Ficleteer, Judee4u2. I wasted no time in signing up, even before I read a single published story.

That fateful first day, I spent hours perusing through hundreds of stories and comments. I was an instant addict.

I also spent the first day writing. My first four Ficlets were written on that day. The very first one is titled, _One Thing Remains The Same._

I should have seen that as an omen. After all these months, one thing remains the same: I am still scouring Ficlets as if it were new to me.

I can hardly wait to sign on in the mornings to see what is new from when I went to bed at night. When I have been away during the day, I am anxious to find the right time to pull away from my family to check in.

I find myself thinking about Ficlets when driving. I can honestly say that it is extremely hard to jot a story idea on a napkin while holding the steering wheel. Especially when the kids are yelling to watch the road.

I can&#8217;t wait to see what people think about my ficlet, and I enjoy writing them as much as I like reading comments. : ) My parents are members on Ficlets, too&#8230; <del>_</del><br />Great entry, overall!</p>
