  <title>Comments on 'Seaside Home'</title>
<subtitle>The water lapped gently at the shore, and the sand was soft beneath my feet. Strangely chilling, but refreshing at the same time.

The rocks of the beach were hot from the blazing sun, but now that the fiery crown was sinking below the horizon, it painted the sky hues of indigo, passionate red and cotton - candy pink that made me want to just lay down and fall asleep on the spot.

The clouds floated lazily by, glowing with color as they covered up the sun briefly.

The Aegean breeze blew my hair back, and if you opened your mouth, you could taste the salt on your tongue, riding up from the sea.

Several cats loped by, some with eyes half closed in sleep, and others running with a piece of absconded fish in their mouths.

The taverns were slowly coming to life, lanterns smoldering serenely from within the heavily scented kitchen; there was a distant sound of fish sizzling on the frying pan.

I inhaled deeply, bringing all the fragrances together, nostalgia welling in my chest.

Yes, it's good to be home.</subtitle>
