i can feel your presence from a mile away
you’ve burrowed into my skin,
settled into my soul;
i can feel you hear beating in sync with mine.
the feeling of your warmth is like a breeze in the stifling heat
your the dirt caking my skin,
i can’t just wash the feeling of you away,
