Young Palumine

by Axel Alloy

Palumine was a beautiful young goat-boy who danced with the eagles in the sky and played the pipes atop the tallest trees. He traversed the heavens and the earth and watched as the stars fell from the sky.

He sang to the sound of the rain and enchanted the hearts of humans with his unseen presence. He slept in a bed of ivy that curled around the gravestones of the past and dreamed of fire and ice.

Elders tell the tale of Palumine the dreamer. Palumine the young. Palumine, friend of the earth.

What beautiful imagery. It sounds as if it has been plucked from an ancient myth or legend.
