He enjoyed torturing his victims, turning their magic against them. Then he would skin them and gut them, making their friends watch whilst he let them know that they would be next. He would burn the bodies and then proceed to burn the town saying that the town would not be purified until it was burned to a crisp, as he believed fire was the “antidote” for magic.
Many bones were broken and lots of blood was shed before Earth and Sol looked upon their children with concern and decided to separate them. They knew that having the two races together would be forever dangerous and that problems such as the current ones would always arise. So Sol and Earth reached out with their magic and wiped the Morti’s memories of any magic. They let them live amongst each other oblivious to the magi’s presence. They let the magi keep their memories of the war, however, as a warning never to let any Morti see their powers.
