The house:
Two bedroom,
Two and a half bath,
Office, Kitchen, and Backyard “shed”
Me:
Willing to cook, clean the house (and the roommates bedroom, assuming their personal things are kept in drawers), and wash the roommate’s laundry (assuming they are not soiled)
Roommate must be willing to:
Eat food cooked for them,
Keep their significant guests and their accompanying activities quiet (if they choose to have any),
Stay out of my office and my shed, and only enter the kitchen when given my express permission.
Also preferable if the roommate does not mind being… bitten occasionally. Not life-threatening, of course, just the occasional nibble, you know?
