seasonal haiku

by Ana Cristina

(1)
There’s a weight in me,
A stone that sinks deep in me;
Its name is regret.

(2)
Winter’s on the vine
and my icicle tears freeze
your warm blood again.

(3)
No hay mas calor
me has llevado el sol
y la lluvia cae.

    Translation of (3):

    There’s no more heat
    you have the sun away from me
    and the rain falls.

    oops, in the second line, it should read:

    Very nice. I may need to attempt a Haiku sequal…tis the season.
