If I could wish for anything
It would be to be with you forever

If that proved to be too much to ask for
It would be for us to have our arms wrapped tightly
around each other as we kissed away the pain
of having to lose one another.

If that was still too much to ask for
It would be to be standing next to you
Seeing your beautiful blue eyes and your smile,
To hear your voice again.

But if I only had one wish
It would be for you to be happy
No matter where the road of life takes you,
Even if it was to take you away from me.

    Whats funny is the fact that about 9 hours after writing this I found out that road had taken him away from me. He has a new girlfriend, but he’s happy, so I’m happy for him.

    This is really good and is something that almost everyone can relate too. Awesome job! I really like how you start with what you really want but can tell its not likely to happen so you change your wish to making him happy
