It was finally here. Mama Mia had been waiting for months for its arrival at Macy’s. And now at 4:00 in the morning she stood outside the store squished among a hundred eager shoppers. The doors opened slowly and the people rushed through the entrance, purses in hand, credit cards ready. They pushed and bumped and shoved their way to the coveted bargains.

But Mama Mia did not follow the surge of people. She broke away from the crowd and headed to the kitchen section. Only a few people milled about, looking at shiny new pots and pans and efficient coffee makers. Mama Mia headed the the back shelf where there stood her prized item for only $29.95-a real bargain: the high tech, super-sonic, new, advanced, electric cheese grater.

At last! Now I can finally shred my cheese faster! she thought.
