A frown settled upon her face while she pondered his answer. Heather knew all about the Ventrue, and all the other Clans for that matter, from playing the game for so long. There were so many questions and so few answers. Something as deep as whether they were a God or Devil seemed unimportant right now.

She took a deep breath as she decided on her first question, then her cell phone rang. A tune of Brujah snippets from Kindred: the Embraced dubbed over the theme song to Buffy the Vampire Slayer, a rather catchy tune for a player.

Her sigh turned into a growl as she reached for her phone. The number was blocked, so, she decided against answering. Turning back to Tony and gathering her nerve again, “Okay, so we’ll hold off on that one. Tell me, just for the hell of it… How old are you?” She crossed her arms over her chest and settled back into the chair.

“Wow,” he replied, blinking dramatically, “Not really the first question I expected to hear.” She smirked, “First things first.”

    Awesome continuation. You sure you aren’t a Muse here to inspire me and others? ;) I wonder how long this will be in the end? Or if there will even BE an end. :P

    Haha.. Do Vampires actually have an end? Of course, all good stories come to an end, maybe not a finality, sometimes the best ones keep you guessing at the end. But, this one is taking on a “life” of its own. It just has to run its course. And enjoy the ride in the mean time. ;)
