Oh, another blue wall stretching away into the distance, what a shock. Every wall has been blue and stretching away into the distance. I’ve been stuck in this maze for days. It’s enough to make someone go mad, am I mad? I’m seeing things. I’m asking myself if I’m mad. Makes me sound mad.

Who’s leaving these pills on the floor? Oh well, I’ve eaten some already. I’ll eat this one as well, they keep the hunger away at least. Are the pills making me mad? Are they stopping me from becoming more insane?

I definitely did see that ghost didn’t I? I know it was big, red and not that scary. I still hid from it, and was glad it didn’t see me. Don’t want to find out how real it is.

A noise! Another ghost! Behind me! Did it see me? Run, run as fast as I can. What’s that? Another pill? It’s bigger than the others and it’s flashing, it doesn’t look safe, maybe it’ll make me sane. Tastes funny, I feel funny, feel kinda strong, look at the ghost, it looks different, it looks scared…it’s backing away.

    I am reminded of mice in a maze and it makes me wonder if there is a scientist watching the subject from above. Watching to see what he will do, what the pills do, too.

    I love this story! I quickly figured out what it was, but that’s because I play a lot of Pac-Man. It’s a strange hobby of mine. At any rate, this story takes third place in the challenge. Great job!
