is the mem’ry of a girl

dancing through his dreams

with a whisper and a whirl.

rising to the night

where hangs a single star

the wind carries her voice

calling from afar.

his passion rushes through him

he reaches to the sky

no bondage chains could keep him

he’d find her or he’d die.

though the whole world stands between them

and dark shadows his flight

love alone will free them

love will guide his plight.
