He was dressed all in jeans wore a ten gallon hat
With a red western shirt, long white hair hung curled down his back
His eyes how they twinkled, his cheeks were both rosy that’s just a fact
When he smiled he looked like Garth Brooks when he made his come back
Then turned and emptied the red velvet sack
He filled all the stockings with goodies no doubt
Grabbed a handful of cookies on his way out
And I heard him exclaim as he drove out of sight
Don’t mess with Texas, Merry Christmas and have a good night.

I can’t seem to get it right, so there will alway’s be something wrong with my grammar, punctuation, whatever. But I am really tring.
Not all of us graduated high school.
Struggling with my Texas slang.
