The purple bent beaked.. whatever it was, stood in the crowd holding a chicken in one hand.

“Outta my way, comin through, comin through,” he..it said raspily.

On the stage floor, goggled eyes now shut, the green guest of honor seemed lifeless, like a puppet without strings.

A baldheaded Doctor with large glasses was standing over the prone lilly pad colored figure.

“Move it, Buster, let me have a look,” the purple one spoke.

“Let the Geek through, a large yellow feathered bird said, childlikely.

The purple one placed the beloved chicken down and began to meditate over the honored green one, “Allmmm alllmmm,” over and over again. Placing his hand over the amphibians head he chanted, ” You are healed, I say rise now, get up and walk oh great green one.”

The chicken squawked. The crowd fell silent.

The honored guest opened one goggley eye, looked around and spoke, “Hi Ho, Kermit The Frog here! It’s not easy being dead,” and down he went again.

    Truly, truly bizarre and Henson-esque in a macabre sort of way. Don’t really know what else to say, so I hope that says it all.
