“A war?! But.. but..” My mind was once agian thrown into a jumble by the news of war. “Who’s fighting?”
“Why, Prince Blake’s army has just arrived to fight the Gorgarean Empire.” Holear said.
“Holear. Sir! We must go back. I have to help Blake. I can’t let him fight out there on his own! Please.” I begged him, I was frantic to help.
Aea. Calm yourself. I will be perfectly alright. My army is top notch. We will not lose. I will come back to you soon, my love.
I couldn’t take the voice in my head. I broke down in sobs. Words were impossible, breathing I was just barely capable of doing.
“Ms. We are almost to the disried location. Please, we must continue.” Holear said as gently as he could.
“Y..yes.. Holear..” I stood up and straightened myself out. I promised myself I would not cry again.
Holear led the way. A short walk later we came to a portal. Holear ushered me through. In the blink of an eye I was thousands of miles away in the ‘safehouse.’
When will I ever see Blake again..?
