Thirrin Josephine Swan: A not so philosophical explanation of the pen name that uses the names of 3 different people (yeah i know, you're jealous)

Thirrin Josephine Swan

Those are all names of girls in some of my favorite books ever!

Thirrin is the name of the main character in Cry of the Icemark, and she has to rule a country at war when she’s only 14 or 15, so she has to be really mature and smart, because she leads her army into battle against the most powerful nation in the world.

Josephine is the name of the tomboyish girl in Little Women, and I really admire her for being so different and not changing who she was just because everyone thought she was too tomboyish.

Swan is the last name of one of the main characters in my favorite book series, Twilight. Bella Swan is an awesome girl that has the BEST BOYFRIEND IN THE UNIVERSE , also known as Edward Cullen.

All of those girls are really strong, amazing, stubborn girls that have their own personalities and are always true to themselves. I admire them, and I want to be able to always be true to myself, just like they do.

I love Jo from Little Women. She was the first heroine that I admired when I was young. Now go read Pride and Prejudice and drool of Mr. Darcy and Lizzy Bennett. You’ll enjoy them as well. :)

There is gonna be another book in the Twlight series and it’s not going to be from Edwards point of view! Well at least that’s what I’ve heard, and I would really like to believe it.
