She walked in, teary eyed with the note in her hand. She couldn’t say anything, she just wrapped her arms around me.

“That’s the most amazing thing anyone has ever said about me…”

I too found myself trying to fight back tears. I trembled as i held her in my arms.

“I wrote that because I care about you, and I… I love you…”

She pulled me closer to her and burried her head into my chest. It saddened me that I wouldn’t be able to go trick-or-treating with her, even though we were in 9th grade. I was going as Jack Sparrow.

“Hey, I was wondering since we won’t see each other tonight if you wanted a kiss from Jack Sparrow’s actor…” I whispered softly into her ear.

“I would…”

That moment seemed to last forever, as we shared our first kiss in the band room of Woodstock High School.

    gosh, i feel bad for hardtoexplainmyownfeelings! this challenge is going to be so hard to judge! there are so many good entries.
