“What do you mean?” I asked, looking around.
Snap looked at me in confusion. “You mean you’ve never heard the story of…Oh that’s right you’re a freshman, so you haven’t heard the story yet.”
Frederick looked at Snap and smiled. “Go on, tell her.”
Snap nodded. “Years ago, before Clover High was built…” He stopped and looked down at Dylan, who he was still holding.
“What?” I demanded.
Dylan’s eyes flickered.
“He’s coming around!” Snap lowered him gently to the ground.
I knelt by his side, Frederick stood over us. Dylan opened his eyes and tried to sit up. Snap and I gave him a hand.
“Where am I?” he asked, looking dazed.
“You’re in a tunnel.” Snap said vaguely.
“WHAT?”
