“Tick, Tick, Tick”
“Will you be quiet?” Haydn yelled. “I’m trying to think.”
“Yeah, i’ll be quiet, i’ll be quiet when i’m OUT OF HERE !!!” Gary yelled with such enthusiasm thevguard almost woke up.
“Shut up,” Haydn wispered, “or you’ll wake the guard.”
“Yeah, like that’ll ever happen,” Gary replied invoking skeptecism into every word.
“Just be quiet and let me think,” Haydn said rubbing his temples. “I’ve got it! Let me have your radio.”
“Whatever,” Gary sneered handing over his radio. “What do you want with that peice of crap anyway, it doesn’t work.”
“Yes it does,” Gary said pouring over the little boombox. “Besides i don’t care about any radio stations.” “You’ll see,” Haydn said with a devilish grin.
“I think we’re going to be outta here soon,” Gary said as Haydn hooked up some wires to the jail bars. “Very soon.”

Some good ideas here – just some minor issues with fluency and spelling. but that’s the boring grammatically-correct writer in me, and I hate grammar in school. I like the basic idea, with some suspense as well.
