Ficlets

Chris stands still for a moment or two to catch his breath. He feels better now that he fiished vomiting. He sits in the grass and leans against his bumper. Trying to make sense of everything still. He realized he just made himself sick worrying about all this stuff. Was it realy necessary?

As he sits there in his contemplative position, he attempts to figgure out what made him feel like he needed this stuff in the first place? Ok sure, he lost his job over some creative diffrences. And he hasn’t heard anything from the other stations in a couple of weeks. Had word gotten around about his termination? Could that be why he had not heard from anybody, anywhere?

Chris desparately wants to find peace within himself. He really wants to find out what’s making him feel so aloof.

Maybe its just the adjustment of life in general. He thought to himself. He knew that his life was basically turned upside down recently. He didn’t think that moving in with Thora would be this much of a life changing experience.
