“Mrghfflokfghyp,” I kept up a steady stream of complaints through my gag. So, the jumping and ambushing part hadn’t worked. But at least now I wasn’t being followed. Told you I was going a bit mad…

“Ashley, darling, I need you to be quiet otherwise dear John will hear and that wouldn’t be very good.” My captor’s silky sweet voice only fueled my outrage and I fought back harder than ever.

“Arghoujklvfwpmmmghfh!”

“Oh dear, oh dear,” I could just imagine him shaking his head like I was a little child who had eaten a cookie before dinner. Not that I knew what he looked like but still. “I suppose dear John will just have to believe I have his two spies. Oh yes,” I heard the glee in his voice when he felt me stop moving in shock, “I knew you were spies the whole time. Oh the fun I’ll have…”

I didn’t really feel the immediate need to listen. I had caught the two words that wree all I needed, ’... believe I have his two spies…’

    haha, I looooooooooove the title. Good story too, I like how the character’s a little loony lol.
