“Down the hatch!” you yell. At your insistence, Zoe goes down first. Joe follows. But there is not enough time for you to get into the hatch yourself – the polar bear is on top of you, claws out and ready to kill.
It’s just a shame you’re not quite ready to die. Still, life never quites works out the way you want it to, and this is particularly true of the ending.
