Dear Amberly,

You foul wench! Do not try and tempt me with delicious scotch! You cannot buy my love Miss Amberly, you just cannot. And when are you going to give up this wretched you/me business? Frankly, I’m growing tired of your emotional outbursts.

But I would like to thank you for paying respects to dear old mum. I think you’re the last person on the island that gives a damn about her. But, I know she always liked you, why…is beyond me. But, I just wanted to let you know that. For her sake.

Really, though, I don’t like dredging up old business, especially involving our families, so just leave it at that.

I’m looking for a job today. Uncle wants me to work for his company, but Matt just offered me a position as manager of his band. So, its now between a corporate desk job and Matt’s offer, whatever it is… So tempting isn’t it Amberly? Of course, you’ve never worked a day in your life so you couldn’t understand. I’ll let you know how things go.

    I love this so much. I love Kingsley. ;) It would be so much easier, if he really did hate Amberly, just to stop corresponding. But oh how heartbroken we would be if he truly hated her. Off to read more letters. Did I mention… I love this. ;D
