When I went onto the field someone
screamed into my ear,
kicked my shin,
jumped on my toe,
after all that for some reason Derrik ended up right infront of me.
he looked onto my eyes and he was leaning in to kiss me ,
out of nowhere some guy comes and hits Derrik.
He flew about 20 feet,
believe me i could measure it,
i rushed over to see if he was ok.
he was breathing faintly,
so i leaned in closer.
he kissed me,
then died right in my arms.

    Seriously? He died? That’s like tragic!!!! I thought in fairy tales (that was the assignment for school) it ends in “Happily Ever After”
    THE END !
    Not “He died…”
    But it was pretty catchy, wait, can a story be catchy?

    look i said that he died because i don’t believe in “happily ever after”....a “happily ever after” is a story that hasn’t ended yet.
