Shae and Seth met around 5 months ago. After the first few weeks they’d already become best friends. She spoke to him about her non-existent love life. He spoke to her about his former girlfriend.
They spoke about everything! specially Music, their mutual passion. They went to concerts all the time and she slowly fell for him.
He in the other hand, only viewed her as a friend. specially…because of Niki.
Niki was new this year. And she was the biggest flirt in the whole school. He liked her. But only because he thought she liked him. When he asked Shae to find out if Niki liked him and the answer was “No” he dropped it. But Shae was still only his very cool french-speaking friend.
Shae kept trying to stop liking him, but it was impossible. She was too deep in love with him. would cry herself to sleep listening to “Fix You” by Coldplay…and in the morning, get ready for more torturing.
The only way to be done with this was to stop talking to him.
