“Hey, let’s start over. I’m Nick Jonas.”
I thought I would pass out. I had to collect myself! “Hey, I’m Alyse Yuksic.” I WAS TALKING TO NICK JONAS ! OMG!
“So, Alyse, weren’t you looking for your friend?” Nick J inquired. I HAD FORGOTTEN ABOUT NICK (N)!
“Oh, yeah.” Woops! “Where did he go?”
Just then, Amanda walked up to us. “Hey, Aly, you found him! Let’s go!”
“Mandy, this is not our Nick.” I said. Nick J turned around, and Amanda fainted.
PANIC !!
“Oh Dear God, is she okay?!” Nick J asked, fearfully. He scooped her up and headed to Zumiez as quickly as possible, trying not to catch attention. What he didn’t know was that today was an in-service day at our school, and we were probably the only teenage girls he would have to worry about.
When we entered the store, we found Nick N, Miles, and Blair waiting for us. When Blair caught sight of Amanda, she freaked out, and when she saw who was holding her, she turned pale, even paler than usual.
“Please DO NOT faint,” begged Nick J, “I think one is all I can handle.”
