The Jonas Robbery Part 38: One Of The Best Days Of My Life

After the concert, I walked past the stage and down the little hall to the backstage entrance, where a security guard let me in. I saw Kevin and Nick sitting on a couch, and Joe on a chair, resting and gulping down water. “You guys were awesome!” I yelled. “Thanks,” Kevin said, out of breath. They all had sweat dripping down their faces, and looked drained of energy. I almost felt bad for them.

“How can you do this practically every night?” I asked.

Joe shrugged, “The requirements of being a rock star.”
Nick laughed.

Nick, Joe, and Kevin cooled down for about fifteen minutes, then they changed back into the normal t-shirts and jeans, and we left.

We didn’t talk very much the rest of the night. We got back to the hotel, ordered some food from room service, and watched a movie. Then Mrs. Jonas said we had a long day ahead of us and we should all go to bed. The boys took the first bedroom, their parents took the second, and I went to the third. It had been one of the best days of my life.
