Letters to Amberly: Amberly's Distress

by Nouvelle Bardot

Kingsley,

I’m in trouble. I’m lost, I’m in the desert, and I’ve been robbed by some crazy Indian bead woman. I know it sounds crazy, but I’m stranded here with no money and no bus ticket.

Luckily I had a stamp left so I could write, but I’m scared! I don’t know what to do! I can’t call my family now, since I’ve probably been disowned and I don’t have any change for a payphone to call for help, so I guess I’m going to hitchhike. I know its dangerous, but I have to take a risk.

Please bury me somewhere nice when they find my body on the side of the road.

Love,

Amberly

Oh no, what if she meets a tall, dark and handsome man who offers to give her a ride?! I can’t wait to see what happens next…
