Why must our hearts be so willing to be broken? Maybe as girls, we just take that chance, knowing that a relationship can end. And then again, maybe, we just want it so badly. If our hearts are one of the strongest muscles, why are they wrecked so easily?

I met this guy and he appeared to be the best one for me. Notice the word appeared. So anyway, I really wanted to date him. He was adorable, comical, and my best guy friend. That list just spells out awful idea.

Well, I tried to go out with him for about three weeks, until I found out he liked me back. It was an amazing feeling when he asked me out, I said, “yes” and he hugged me. Who knew the issues waiting in the depths of school for us? I knew of course. There were many problems with us dating that I didn’t see when I agreed.

So going back to our hearts, mine was ripped out after a short month of no love. We broke up but there’s actually a funny part to this.

We just weren’t right together but…

I dumped him.
