The next morning left Emma in sadness, her photos were gone and her father was broken-hearted. She knew she could take more but she felt like photography was the only constant in her life like she had no track to keep the train on.

Yet Emma persevered and went to school for the first time this year. Emma was now in year 10 and considering leaving at the end of this year to pursue photography. Usually on the first day of school Emma would notice new buildings, artworks etc. However this year Emma noticed Jason.

Jason was a new student this year, he moved to Sydney from London and had an aroma about him that Emma couldn’t tear her eyes from. Just minutes after Emma saw Jason the usual girls swarmed to see the new guy with blue eyes. All Emma could do was sigh and walk away, yet little did she know that Jason had noticed her too…...
