A Talking Blueberry

Ok sorry, I’m back, as I was saying before the lady came in to try and bake me in her pie, my name is Sheen and I am a blueberry.

You wonder how I, a blueberry, am able to speak, well I shall tell you my story. Sorry about the garbled speech earlier, I was in a panic when I saw her with the rolling pin.

So many of my fruit friends have been baked into pies, I didn’t want to befall that fate.

But I digress, I was telling you how, I , a blueberry attained the ability of speech.

It all started when an evil wizard put a spell on M’Lady’s kitchen back at the castle. All the food that was being prepared for the ball became alive. Many have since been turned into pies and other assorted desserts and entrees.

There are but a few of us left.

If you meet any of us, please listen to our tiny voices as we plead you not to eat us.
