Jay was sitting in his icy basement in his favorite Abercrombie hoodie and jeans playing his psp. He coud hear the rain pounding angrily on his house and the world outside.

Feeling hungry, Jay walked upstairs to his fridge. Opening it he couldn’t find anything, so he got out his favorite cookies. Oreos. He sat down at his table to eat some, thinking of Winter. They girl not the season.

Just then his phone began singing Mary J. Blige’s Be Without You indicating Winter was calling him.

“Hello?” He said into his phone.

“Ron’s moving..” Winter’s beautiful voice said through the phone.

“Oh, babe, I am so sorry.” Even though Winter and Jay aren’t going out, much to his displeasure, he still calls her by sweet nicknames. It’s just something Winter’s close friends know she really likes.

Jay pushes his chocolatey-brown hair away from his eyes. He was thinking about his best friend, Ron, and how much he would miss him when he moved.

“Can you come over, and hang?” Winter’s voice pulled him back.

    ” I like that line. So the best friend who’s in love with her. Interesting (goes off to read sequel)
