But understand, she exacts a toll. Ignore for a moment that as she is a conduit to the hidden, filthy details of your enemies’ lives, she is also gatekeeper to the embarrassing underbelly of yours.

Set that aside for now.

And understand that as payment the ostiary demands love.

    Wow… it is kind of like being in love with a vampire.. only you are the blood bank…

    Hmm.. could I love someone who knew all my dirty laundry? I don’t know.. could they love me after all that baggage?? hahaha..

    I like this story so far.. it is quite interesting and I would love to know where you go from here. (SO I am going to read the sequel and find out!!) :)
