Nobody smelled it but me,but then again,no one ever can smell it but me.
Vampires.
And they were close.I think Phoenix can sense them too,he seems a little jittery.
I speed up,confident the others will follow my lead. I mean, if you were being followed by vampires and the only person who could smell them started speeding up, you’d speed up too, right?Wow.Major run-on sentence there…
Where was I?Oh yes, Vampires.
They have been tracking us(ok fine, me)for quite some time now. Why they want me is, as of now, undetermined.But I really don’t have any intention of giving myself up to them. I mean heck, would you?
The smell is getting stronger, it makes me gag. I suddenly realize it’s too late. I throw up in a bush and nearly run straight into one of them.
He smiles. Icky, pointed teeth. I spin around, all my companions are gone. When I lost them, I’m not really sure.
I am surrounded.
Another one of them steps forward.He speaks in a clear, polite voice,”Hello Fae.”
