Almost every girl wishes she looked like someone else.
You open a magazine, you turn on the tv, you browse though someones myspace pictures and theres stereotypes that every girl wants to look like.
Theres such a pressure and desire to be pretty now.
Theres such a fight to look better than the girl standing next to you.
But why?
Pretty is such a mysterious word. Pretty has its own group of adjectives. Theres so many types of pretty, but so many people only focus on one.
“Personality is what helps to make you pretty.” Yes its somewhat true.
Pretty Pretty Pretty.
Say “I” if your over that word.

    I read a magazine article several years ago that gave a detailed analysis of how much money it costs to airbrush and remove ‘imperfections’ from actors/actresses/models for cover shots. Depending on the photo, at least $3,000.

    It made me wonder how ‘pretty’ these people really are.

    I mean it was detailed. ‘remove bags from eyes.’ ‘remove mole’. ‘remove stray hair.’ ‘add color to pale face.’

    I think it was in Esquire magazine and the actress was Michelle Pfeiffer, if you want to try to look it up.

    hm. very interesting. and true. I think that a lot of us know we shouldn’t focus on how we look. But we slip and do it anyways.
